Privacy Policy

Information you provide

ClaritySnaps may store account information such as your name and email, organizer records you create, reminders, Vault items, uploaded photos or documents, and information you submit to support or abuse-reporting channels.

Private Vault and files

Vault items and uploaded files are scoped to your signed-in account. Vault note and private-info text is encrypted before storage. Files are stored privately and opened through short-lived authorized links. ClaritySnaps does not provide admins with a routine browse-all view of customer Vault contents.

AI processing

When you choose Organize with AI, ClaritySnaps sends only the text or file needed for that specific request to the AI service used to generate a proposed record. AI is optional. You can save supported files without using AI, and after AI analysis you can choose not to keep the original uploaded file in ClaritySnaps.

Technical, analytics, and security data

ClaritySnaps may process session information, authentication events, timestamps, upload metadata, usage counts, error details, and security signals needed to operate the service, enforce plan limits, prevent abuse, and protect accounts. Optional analytics and masked session replay are used only after you allow analytics. Session replay masks form inputs and page text so private organizer and Vault content is not recorded as readable text.

How information is used

• Provide and secure the organizer, Vault, reminders, exports, and account features.
• Authenticate users and recover accounts.
• Process optional AI Quick Adds.
• Enforce storage and plan limits.
• Investigate security incidents, abuse, or legal requests when necessary.
• Improve reliability and diagnose bugs.

Service providers

ClaritySnaps relies on service providers for infrastructure such as hosting, storage, email delivery, and AI processing. These providers may process information only as necessary to provide those services, subject to their applicable terms and privacy commitments.

Sharing and disclosure

ClaritySnaps does not sell private Vault content or organizer records for advertising. Information may be disclosed when necessary to operate the service, with your direction, to respond to valid legal process, to protect users or the service, or to address serious abuse or safety concerns.

Retention and deletion

Your active account data is retained while needed to provide ClaritySnaps. Deleted records and Vault items are moved to Trash and normally remain recoverable for 30 days before permanent deletion; you can also permanently delete them sooner from Trash. You can permanently delete your account from Settings. Security logs, backups, or legally preserved information may remain for a limited period where technically or legally necessary.

Your choices

You can review and edit records, restore recently deleted items from Trash, permanently delete stored items, export account data and original uploaded files, change your password, sign out other sessions through a password change, and delete your account. You can also decline optional analytics when prompted. Some account, error, and security data may still be processed when required to operate and protect the service.

Children

ClaritySnaps is not intended for children under 13. Users may not use the service for child sexual exploitation, abuse material, or other prohibited content described in the Acceptable Use Policy.
