Prohibited content and activity

• Child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation of minors, grooming, trafficking, or content that sexualizes children.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual exploitation, or content obtained or shared without lawful consent.
• Credible threats, extortion, stalking, harassment, or instructions intended to facilitate serious wrongdoing.
• Malware, credential theft, fraud, or material intended to compromise another person’s accounts or devices.
• Content or activity that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

Privacy and safety enforcement

Vault content is not available for routine employee or administrator browsing. ClaritySnaps may use limited technical, security, legal, or abuse-response measures when reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law, respond to a valid legal process, investigate a credible abuse signal, or address an urgent safety concern.

Enforcement

Depending on the circumstances, ClaritySnaps may restrict access, preserve relevant information when legally appropriate, remove or quarantine content, suspend or terminate accounts, and make required reports to appropriate authorities.
